An Ayurvedic Management of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia

Background: Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia is a type of tachycardia (SVT) and defined as intermittent SVT typically presents with ventricular rhythm 160 bpm. The patient morbidity paroxysmal supraventricular (PSVT) directly proportional to the frequency episodes, it can be life-threatening in patients atrial fibrillation pre-excitation. Its management depends varies according severity symptoms which includes long-term treatment surgical procedure like catheter ablation. Case Report: A 26-year Female patient, who was known case PSVT, approached complaints recurrent palpitations, chest discomfort breathing difficulty, palpitation, lightheadedness exercise intolerance. Conclusion: diagnosed vataja hridaroga treated ayurvedic medicine for duration 3-4 months. With help medicines, free from chronic drug therapy.
